General Contractors & Subcontrators whom want to do business with Southeast Real Estate Management must provide and have the following:

  1. Insurance company & policy #
  2. Minimum of $300,000 of liability insurance
  3. Federal tax ID #
  4. State license #
  5. Must summit a Federal With Holding Form
