Workmanship & Material Warranty:
Southeast Real Estate Management guarantees the work will meet trade standards of good workmanship. The Southeast Real Estate Management will make every effort to blend existing textures, colors, and planes, but exact duplication is not guaranteed. The Southeast Real Estate Management warrants that materials of good quality will be selected. The company will maintain all manufacturers’ warranties. The customer is limited to the manufacturers’ warranties for defects in the manufacture of materials. All companies’ warranties are limited to a period of no more than one year. Southeast Real Estate Management’s warranties are limited to the cost of labor and materials only, and exclude unauthorized construction and temporary repairs, or changes, ordinary wear, tear, abuse, or misuse by owners or others, an “act of God”, (i.e. a hurricane or tornado, etc), and homeowner supplied materials.
Home Inspections:
Home Inspections consultation will be available for 90 days after the completion of the inspection.
The Customer Agreement contains the Guaranty and Warranty information .
