Southeast Real Estate Management Maintenance Plans

With our customized services we will maintain the exterior condition of your property for a low monthly fee.
Our Services can be customized to fit your needs.

A separate estimate for repair will be included if any problems are found.

Yearly Lawn Care Service

  • We will Service your property twice a month and will maintain the grass height according to the weather and home owner association requirements.
  • We will perform edging
  • We will trim the shrub and landscape bushes
  • We will add mulch as needed

Depending on what type of grass is used will determine the proper application and procedural of the following:

  • Apply pre-emergent
  • Thatching - when the build up is one-half inch or more
  • Aerated
  • Over seeding
  • Fertilize - You will have a choice to use regular commercial product or organic products were available.  

 

Exterior Painting & Maintenance Agreement:

With Southeast Real Estate Management Maintenance Home Protection, we don't just paint your house and disappear. We proactively maintain the surfaces we painted for five years.

We start by doing great prep work. Then we provide a superb paint application including extra preventive measures specifically tailored to your home. We then return every year to proactively tune-up your paint job. Each yearly visit we perform the items listed in the Exterior Home Yearly Maintenance Agreement:

Exterior Home Yearly Maintenance Agreement

  • We will pressure wash your house, sidewalks and driveway
  • Scrape, spot prime, and repaint any peeling areas
  • The gutters will be cleaned
  • Re-caulk trim and repaint windows where needed
  • Inspect for and report on any wood deterioration
  • We minimize maintenance costs with regular comprehensive exterior inspections


Note: We Will follow the local, county and state water restrictions guidelines

Deck Maintenance Agreements

Light Maintenance: Every 6 months pressure wash and each anniversary add a coat of sealant on the horizontal boards only - floor, stair treads, and top of the handrails

Full Maintenance: Every 6 months pressure wash and each anniversary add a coat of sealant on the complete deck - horizontal and vertical boards

 

Emergency Services

As an additional bonus we will be on call in case of any unforeseen natural damages occur such as limbs or tree damage during storms.

Customized Home Protection keeps your wood and siding replacement expenses low by maintaining the paint coating over your home's trim and siding. Our regular one-year inspections insure that surfaces exposed by peeling are quickly spot primed and repainted.

The most common sources of wood rot are water problems. If water is overflowing your gutters then your soffits will rot, regardless of how they were painted.

Southeast Real Estate Management Maintenance Home Protection serves as an early warning system for these common non-paint problems. We will carefully inspect your home for signs of wood rot during our initial visit and on subsequent one year inspections. If we find any areas of concern, we will notify you of those areas.
